Hop on a bike and start exploring the surrounding area! The Kotka city centre, Kotkansaari island, is only 5 kilometres away, so cycling is the easiest way to visit the island’s beautiful parks and attractions, such as the Maretarium and Maritime Centre Vellamo.
You can rent bikes from Santa Café, and we also have cycling maps of Kotka. Helmets are included in the rental price.

 

Electric fatbike (Fantic Issimo Urban) 

Summer season €35/3 hours (9 am–12 noon or 1 pm–4 pm or 5 pm–8 pm) or €59/day (morning to evening)

Winter season €49/12 noon–4 pm (accommodation guests can keep their bikes overnight)

 

Fatbike 

Summer season €10/hour or €35/day (morning to evening)

Winter season €35/12 noon–4 pm (accommodation guests can keep their bikes overnight)

 

Bicycle 

Summer season €5/hour or €19/day (morning to evening)

Getting there

When approaching on the motorway from the direction of Helsinki, take ramp 73 and turn right. Drive along Mussolontie road for 5.7 kilometres and turn right onto Merituulentie road. Continue for 1.3 kilometres and then turn right again onto Santalahdentie road. Drive along this road for 1.5 to reach the destination.
